All ads are full-color and can either be submitted by the advertiser according to the guidelines listed below, or our outstanding graphics department can design a unique ad to meet your needs. Full Page ads designated as "No bleed" will have 1/2" margins around ad.

**FULL BLEED ADS: All full page ads designed as full bleed require 1/8" bleed on trim edges. Therefore, full page ads with a bleed should measure 8.5" x 11.125" including the bleed. Most of our full page ads are right-hand read, so bleeds will be on the top, bottom and right edges. Full bleed double truck ads (two-page spread) will bleed 1/8" on ALL edges and should measure 17" x 11.125" including the bleed. Please pay attention to the "Information Area" explained below when designing full bleed ads.

"INFORMATION AREA (Live Area)" within Full Bleed Ads: Please keep all information included in full bleed ads (text, photos, logos, etc) within the following "Information (Active) Areas":
• Single Page Ad Information Area: 7.375" x 9.875"
• Double Truck Information Area: 15.75" x 9.875"

FULL BLEED specs are very important, so If you have any questions about full bleed ad requirements, please contact us at 866-929-0280 . Understanding and adhering to the full bleed specs from the start, and providing a correctly designed ad, will avoid unnecessary delays and possible added expense on the advertiser's part to have the ad redone to the correct specifications.

Production Charges
Advertisers will be billed for all production work performed by Who's Who Emerald Coast Magazines based on the following rates:

Photography.........................$100.00 per hour; minimum 1 hour

Requirements for Submitting Ads and Artwork
We accept uncompressed TIF, JPG, PDF or EPS files supplied on floppy disk, Zip disk or CD according to the following guidelines:

• Ads must be designed PRECISELY to our size specifications listed above
• All color ads and artwork must be 300dpi in CMYK color. No RGB will be accepted.
• B&W images must be at least 300dpi.
• Color printouts of ads will be accepted ONLY as color reference...NOT as final ad. If color print is only material supplied, we will have to rebuild the ad as best we can and charge accordingly at $85/hour.
• Sorry, no Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Word Perfect GIF, BMP, or Website formats are accepted. If in doubt, send the graphic images, photos, etc. to info@WWEmeraldCoast.com.
• ALL ADS MUST BE APPROVED FOR QUALITY AND CONTENT BY THE EDITOR.
• Who's Who Emerald Coast Magazines cannot make corrections to film, nor be responsible for copy mistakes or copyright infringement contained within ads supplied by advertisers.

Requirements for Submitting Digital & Scanned Photos for Ads/Stories
DIGITAL PHOTOS:

• Minimum requirement: 800x600 pixel native (direct from the camera, uncropped) resolution, prefer resolutions of 1,000 pixels or higher.
• We will adjust color, brightness, contrast, mode, etc to meet our printing requirements. Large images for the cover or full-page ads must be at least 1600x1200 pixel native resolution.
• Sorry, no GIF, BMP, or Website images or formats will be accepted.

SCANNED IMAGES:

• Scanned photos must be at least 300dpi, millions of colors (true color), or B&W.
